Hello 2024 and hello reset! In this session we will shake off any stagnation or low energy that you may be feeling.

Through the power of intentional movement, sound and breathwork, we will release what is no longer supporting you so that you can feel your best.

This is an outdoor class, we will practice on grass, overlooking the ocean. Bring a mat and a blanket so that you can get extra cozy during relaxation. As well as something to write with.
