Yoga and Meditation
A Five Week Series
Each week you will meet under the shade of the trees, overlooking the lagoon and dedicate time to yourself to re-calibrate and recenter.
You will be guided through yoga asana - a blend of static poses to help stretch and release muscles and deeper tissues, as well as more flowing movements to energize and strengthen.
After this you will be guided into stillness and introduced to different meditation techniques, followed by some restorative relaxation.
This class is for you if:
you have been wanting to develop a meditation and/or yoga practice but you don’t know where to begin
you have an inconsistent meditation and /or yoga practice and would like some accountability to continue showing up for yourself
you have a well established meditation and/or yoga practice and are curious to explore some new techniques for a greater sense of well-being
you want to feel good in your body and mind
