New Moon Sunset Circle

Tuesday marks the first new moon of the new astrological year which makes it a potent time for new beginnings.

This day also marks Spring Equinox where the balance of light and dark are equal.

We will gather in nature to harness the potent energy of this time - think cosmic reset!

In this session, Kim will guide you through grounding moon salutations, breathwork and meditation.

After that, you will be bathed in a crystal singing bowl soundbath to aid relaxation.

After this practice, there will be time for guided journaling and free writing to help you explore and set intentions for this next chapter.
