Create some ZEN in your home space

You don’t have to redecorate your home, it could be as simple as burning your favourite candle, having a photo of your best pals (or anyone else that makes you smile) in your eye line as you practice, or adding some flowers to brighten your space.

Our Top Tips

  • Clear the air and cleanse the energy of the space you will be practicing in. Open a window and get some fresh air in there. Then use Palo Santo sticks or dried sage and burn!

  • Plants and Himalayan salt lamps are also great at filtering your air and adding life to your space.

  • Make the space smell good. Incense sticks, Candles, Essential oils, Room Spray, Flowers, a mug of coffee - anything that you enjoy the smell of.

  • Put a blanket or rug down that you love the colour of, photos, ornaments, crystals - anything that you like to look at - have it in your eye line so it will make you smile and take you to your happy place.

  • Make sure your space includes you! Don’t forget to wear clothes that are comfy and make you feel good. Make a cup of tea if it feels soothing, spray your favourite perfume, rub you favourite essential oil into your shoulders.
