Rooted in Hatha Yoga, a sacred practice that originated in Ancient India around 5000 years ago, each class will focus on increasing mobility, strength, flexibility, posture & balance.
‘Ha’ means Sun
‘Tha’ means Moon.
Our classes are sequenced around these themes – offering solar, energizing practices, as well as more lunar, grounding practices.
‘When you can’t find the sunshine, be the sunshine’
Like a shot of ginger, you’ll leave feeling energized and full of zing!
These practices will involve cleansing breath-work (Pranayama), dynamic transitions, as well as longer holds of poses to build strength and stability. The element of fire will be played with and traditional Hatha techniques will be incorporated to give your circulation, lymphatic system and digestion a boost!

What to expect:
Like a reset button for your body and mind.
This practice will include calming Pranayama and slower paced flows to help soothe your nervous system. With guided meditations sprinkled in, feel everything slow down and return to a state of balance. Working with the Earth element, you will leave feeling grounded and restored.
