6 Week Foundation to Yoga Course
In this Course
Develop a solid foundation of the core poses and how to transition safely between them. Each week we will build from the ground up, from inner to outer. Learn how to align your body safely and adapt your practice to suit your body! With plenty of time to explore breathing techniques and mindfulness too, you will come away with every day tools that you can use for greater well-being.
