4 Week Lower Back Love

In this Course

You will learn how to keep your spine happy and healthy! With a big focus on your anatomy - the lumbar, thoracic and cervical spine, as well as your Psoa muscles, Piriformis, hips and leg muscles, you will come away knowing what contributes to back health and daily practices to support this.

Go at your own pace, learn how to align your body safely and adapt your practice to suit your body!

Ideal as:

A preventative measure to strengthen your back & core. To improve your overall back health, posture and mobility.

A rehabilitation measure - if you already have chronic or intermittent back pain. Or if you are recovering from lower back injuries or surgery.

What’s Included…

  • A 30 minute private consultation prior to the course starting so that I can learn more about any injuries/surgeries/areas of focus and hopes for the course so that I can tailor it to you

  • A 1.5 hour live online yoga class each (via Zoom). Each class will consist of:

    - Anatomy discussion

    - Breath work

    - Mindful movement (focusing on core strength, spinal mobility and flexibility)

    - Relaxation, through guided meditation and savasana

    - Time to ask questions

  • Recorded access to each class, so that you can practice as many times as you like

  • Visual print outs and sequences sent to your email for you to try at home

  • Learn lots about your anatomy - particularly the lumbar, thoracic and cervical spine, as well as key joints and muscle groups that contribute to back health. You'll walk away with daily practices to support this.

  • Develop breathing techniques for stress reduction and pain relief to promote healing.
